1. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and remains open until 04:00 (4:00 AM) the next day, offering maximum flexibility for late arrivals.
Check-out is required by 10:30 AM on the day of departure to allow us to properly prepare the space for the next guests.

2. Is self check-in available? How does it work?

Currently, check-in is handled in person by a member of our hosting team. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the property, where we will provide:

  • A short tour of the suite
  • The necessary guest registration documents to complete
  • A clear explanation of the house rules and amenities
  • Collection of a damage deposit (refundable), as required by our policy

Our goal is to ensure everything is perfect before we hand over the keys.

3. Can I check in late at night?
  • Yes! Late-night check-in is absolutely possible.
    We welcome guests until 04:00 AM, which means you can arrive even after a late flight or evening event without worry.
    We kindly ask that you let us know your estimated arrival time in advance, so we can arrange to welcome you properly.
4. Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

We do our best to accommodate special requests!

  • Early check-in is possible only if there is no same-day check-out.
  • Late check-out is also possible if no new guests arrive that day, and can be extended until 15:00 (3:00 PM).
    These options are offered free of charge, based on availability.
5. What should I do if I arrive earlier than check-in time or my flight leaves late?

No problem at all.
If you arrive before 15:00 or need to leave after check-out, you’re welcome to store your luggage at the property.
This way, you can explore the area, go for a swim, or enjoy a meal without carrying your bags.
Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure everything is arranged smoothly.

During this time, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially on the terrace or in shared outdoor spaces.
This ensures a restful night for everyone in the area.

5. Are there any specific rules regarding cleanliness or use of shared spaces?

We kindly ask that guests treat the property with respect and leave it in good condition.
While cleaning is provided, we appreciate when guests:
